-Follow Up after completion of job

We at Harpers believe in a premium experience for our customers.  To enable the project experience to go the best way possible, we have a process that we follow.  The process is as follows.

When you contact us for a quote, we follow up with a customer needs survey.  This surrvey will help us to see what you expect from a landscape job for your property.  This covers all attributes of the job such as what you would like completed, timeframe, budget, space usage considerations, and most importantly of all, how you would like to see the area to look like.   The final result is what we want you to love, as you will be experiencing it for years to come!

After this is completed, an onsite consultation is required. This would be done to meet face to face, and allow for proper measurements of your property.  We realize every job and requirements are different, so we want to know the people we are working with to cater the job to you.  Our projects are all about you.

To properly quote a job, we require a design.  This design will range from a basic sketch all the way up to a 3D design to cover every attribute of your project.  When a design is completed, it will be done using the completed questionnaire along with our professional measurements of your property to allow for site considerations.

Once the design is completed and approved, a quote will be prepared for your property. This will be completed in conjunction with the landscape designer, as we would love to see the most accurate quote possible for your property with minimal revisions to make the experience as enjoyable as possible for your project.

With the implementation of the project, you will have a few items along the way.  Prior to the commencement of the project, the landscape sales manager will have an onsite meeting with you to confirm any details of the project that are outstanding, and to do a jobsite questionnaire for your project to deal with items such as parking, materials, and onsite expectations. As progress occurs, a daily email will be sent to you, the client, to keep you informed of what is happening onsite and the next steps for the upcoming days.

Once the project is completed, you will have a beautiful landscape for your enjoyment. As part of the customer experience, we ask you to rate various aspects of our service, write a review about the landscaping, provide us with potential landscape referrals from people you associate with and leave a token of appreciation for your support in the process.  Our goal is to have a customer experience that is second to none from start to finish.
